SoundLeech - SoundLeech is an application that captures sound from other programs. Contrary to most solutions which involve emulation drivers, SoundLeech runs as a simple application and captures sound from the applications themselves, rather than "what you hear". Because it captures directly from applications and not from the soundcard, it can simultaneously capture multiple streams, even from the same program.

With Sound Leech, you can finally obtain a digital copy of streaming audio, create a ringtone from that awesome in-game sound effect or... well, if you have particular interests, let us know.

SoundLeech is very close to what I was looking for. I didn't find any other program that was able to capture sound directly from application rather than 'what-you-hear".
There are few thing dissappointing me thou. First, program is very simple and you can only start/stop recording manually because you can't set any hotkeys. Other thing is that you can't choose from which program you capture sound, so if you are running few applications, SoundLeech capture sound from all of them (but at least separately).
There is also a trick that SoundLeech capture sound only from programs that was started after SoundLeech. Knowing that can help you :D

To sum this up: if there was option to set hotkeys and select source application(s) SoundLeech would be perfect. It's still decent.

Ok. It works very well, but is limited in recording time. It's frustrating!!
